Perth City Ballet performs to an audience base of 14,000 per year, visiting approximately 30 schools per year for the past 5 years. Perth City Ballet has toured WA for the past 40 years as well as seven international tours.

Children will interpret and explore art works by using direct experience, observations, curiosity, imagination and emotions through a range of creative processes.

Each School Incursion has educational and health promotional support material for teachers, both pre and post-production, based on the Curriculum Framework.

Completely mobile and portable, Perth City Ballet provides all the necessary equipment for the entire performance. Schools need only provide a power point and performing area.

In 2010, Perth City Ballet is presenting a fantastic NEW SEASON of shows for you to choose from as well as some of the old favourites. All performances run for 1 hour.

PERFORMANCE COST:

$5.00 per child for up to 200 students. (Minimum 100 students).

SET PRICE: $900.00 for over 200 students.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE: Applies to metropolitan schools, $1.50/km to and from the GPO Perth.

TOURING SURCHARGE: Applies to country schools (costs are dependent on the number of schools on a tour).

Perth City Ballet also offers a range of workshops to complement the Dance Incursions performances. Workshops are held in conjunction with a performance.
