Emma Fisher aged 15 years commenced study at the Munich Ballet Academy in 2007. Her academic studies in the APC programme were undertaken at Shenton College whilst pursuing full time ballet studies with Diana Waldron.

Grades (Pre-Primary to Grade 8)

For children from 5 years of age training is in the Royal Academy of Dance Grade syllabus 1 to 8. An extension program is available which offers private lessons to students.

A Junior Workshop which includes repertoire and choreography is part of the program and links to drama and contemporary dance.

Royal Academy of Dance Graded Examinations (Intermedicate Foundation to Solo Seal)

Studies can be undertaken in the Royal Academy of Dance Vocational Grades Syllabus, a major course leading to full membership of the Royal Academy of Dance and the Solo Seal Award.

An extension program is available which offers private lessons. Full time programs are designed to suit the individual dancer.

Full time studies

A professional training course is available for students wishing to pursue a career in dance. A rigorous audition process is undertaken as only a few extremely talented dancers can be accepted into the course which is based on one to one and small group classes.

The curriculum includes classical ballet (RAD syllabus), contemporary, repertoire, body mechanics, limbering and stretching, choreography, music appreciation and drama. Students take part in Perth City Ballet productions.

Students are free to choose their own high school and their personalised timetable is organised to fit in with their school schedule. We have an association with Shenton College. A fee structure is devised for each student depending on class selection.
